Youth Classes

  • In the Jr. Grapplers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, we study all parts of grappling: takedowns, submissions, pin escapes, and more. Students will learn the basics of self-defense and engage in one of the fastest-growing sports - jiu jitsu.

Adult Classes

  • Jiu Jitsu: All Levels is based on traditional Gracie Jiu Jitsu teachings that prepare individuals to defend themselves in physical altercations by limiting damage and controlling the threat.

In this class, you will engage in an extensive yet accessible curriculum that will teach you techniques to defend yourself both standing up and on the ground. This class is perfect for both the complete beginner and experienced grappler.

  • The Advanced Jiu Jitsu course is tailored to individuals looking to take their jiu jitsu skills beyond self-defense. This course focuses on the sport side of jiu jitsu, where you can engage with a skilled opponent.

Whether you plan to compete or not, the Advanced Jiu Jitsu course will further your jiu jitsu practice to a more sophisticated level and continually challenge you to grow.

  • MMA, or mixed martial arts, is a sport that combines the various styles of martial arts. You will learn to combine grappling and striking skills seamlessly in this class.

  • Traditional jiu jitsu is practiced in the ‘gi’ - or training uniform. The no-gi class follows the same curriculum as the Advanced Jiu Jitsu class, just without the gi.

In gi jiu jitsu, the gi is used to control and choke your opponent. Jiu jitsu without the gi presents a different dynamic in which the grappler cannot use their opponent’s garments to control or subdue them.

  • Open mat is a time dedicated to letting students develop their jiu jitsu in a non-formal class setting. Students can use this time to drill specific techniques, roll, or hang out with their jiu jitsu training partners.
